Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month in Andrews Memorial Primary School, Comber
Throughout the summer months we also run a programme at our Apiary site.

26/9/18... AGM Everyone welcome - followed by a chat with Chris Hodges on some of the interesting people and groups he has given talks to and tutoring in beekeeping.
OCTOBER
24/10/18...Tonya McMullan from Infinity Farm talks to us about urban beekeeping
NOVEMBER
28/11/18...Paul Moore, Entomologist and retired senior officer from AFBI at Newforge Lane will be talking to us about beekeeping related pests and diseases.

15-16/2/19 UBKA Annual Conference at Greenmount CAFRE Campus,Antrim
27/2/19… Professional wildlife photographer Danny Gibson will be giving us a snappy version of one of his popular wildlife photography workshops. Aimed at all skill levels, to help us to improve in all the aspects of photography. Suitable for any camera from dslr to mobile phone, the evening will focus especially on flowers and bees.

27/3/19… Guest speaker Jonathan Getty will be talking to us about hive preparations for Spring time
30/3/19 Sat Clean up at the Apiary 11 am please bring a strimmer and other tidy up tools.

24/4/19… Freelance food/tourism/hospitality consultant Sharon Machala will be talking about some of the produce she makes from honey and beeswax.
